1. Introduction and Scope

This privacy policy applies to the mobile application "Andalucía Social" and the associated website https://www.andaluciasocial.es/ (hereinafter, 'Services'), created by EMA RTV (hereinafter, "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended to be used "AS IS".

2. Data We Collect

The Service Provider does not collect or store personal data on its own servers. However, the third-party services we use may automatically collect certain information, such as IP address, operating system, pages visited, and usage time, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The only information it accesses is the approximate location of the device, which is used exclusively to display the list of associations nearest to the user.

Authorization to access location is requested solely for the operation of the Application and can be disabled at any time from the device settings.

This location information is not saved or transmitted to the Service Provider's own servers.

For the purpose of analytics through third-party services (described below), the Application and the Website collect information when you download and use it. This information may include data such as:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information:

The Application and the Website are not directed to children under 13 years of age.
